Order Modification and CancellationIfthe order is modified, the user is not obliged to purchase a service of the same value. If an invoice has been issued, it will be canceled or a credit note will be issued. For card payments, the refund will be processed back to the original card account.
Right of WithdrawalPursuant to Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract without providing a reason and without penalties within 14 days from the date of receipt of the digital product (video game) by the user or an authorized third party.
Conditions for Exercising the Right of Withdrawal:- The consumer must provide proof of purchase, which can be either a transaction confirmation from their payment provider or a screenshot of the order history from their Gamedu account.
- The consumer must confirm the non-use and non-activation of the purchased video game by submitting a written withdrawal request to Gamedu within 14 calendar days from the date of notifying Gamedu about their decision to cancel the order.
Refund Policy:Upon successful cancellation, Gamedu will refund the full amount paid by the consumer within 10 days from the confirmation of order cancellation. The refund will be processed to the bank account provided by the consumer. Gamedu does not issue refunds to third parties.
